Miller Associates, Inc, a nationally recognized strategic advisory firm who works with leaders of nonprofit organizations who want a more motivated and cohesive board, inspirational leadership and a more engaged strategic vision with greater levels of achievements and measurable results. His firm is based in Denville, New Jersey.

Dennis has advised hundreds of organizations across the country on how to unlock their true potential by working with them to improve the integration of board governance, leadership development, strategic planning and philanthropy. He is a sought after motivational speaker, retreat facilitator and consultant.

Dennis was the President  & CEO of Somerset Medical Center and Healthcare Foundation, a major teaching medical center in New Jersey. He is a fellow (FACHE) in the American College of Health Executives.

Dennis is passionate about leadership and governance and is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Leadership, Governance and Philanthropy at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the largest private university in New Jersey.

Dennis is also the author of two highly successful books, A Guide to Achieving New Heights: The Four Pillars of Successful Nonprofit Leadership and The Nonprofit Board Therapist: A Guide to Unlocking Your Organization’s True Potential. Dennis is also a regular columnist for The NonProfit Times, the leading business publication for the nonprofit industry.
